Firstly, in the event that the trainee does not complete the training course: – Please note that no refunds can be issued to any customer who does not complete the training course without prior notice and following the terms and conditions outlined in the policy below.

Second: If the trainee requests to postpone the course date:
– If the trainee requests to postpone the course to another date, Then he requested that the course be cancelled completely and that the amount paid be refunded. The cancellation policy will apply to the original session and not the new session to which it was postponed.

Third: Cancellation more than 15 working days before the course start date
– Gulf Energy Training will refund the full remaining course fees if the cancellation request is submitted more than 15 working days before the scheduled course start date.

Fourth: Cancellation between 10 and 15 working days before the course start date
– For development courses, a 150 SAR administrative fee will be deducted when submitting a withdrawal request between 10 and 15 working days from the scheduled course start date, and the client will receive a full refund of the remaining amount.
– For qualification courses:
A fee of 300 riyals will be deducted as an administrative fee when submitting a request to withdraw from the semester of the preparatory course between 10 and 15 working days from the start date of the semester or preparatory course. The customer receives the remaining amount.

Fifth: Cancellation within less than 10 working days from the start date of the course
– No refunds can be issued if the cancellation is made within ten working days from the start date of the course

Sixth: The test only
– If the student submits a request for a refund of the test fees, The student had been registered with the granting body, He is not entitled to a refund.
– If he is not registered with the awarding body and his application is submitted less than 15 working days before the test date, A fee of 150 riyals will be deducted from him as an administrative fee, and he is entitled to a refund of the remainder. Otherwise, he is entitled to a full refund of the test amount.

Seventh: Refund Processing Period
– Refunds will be processed, If any, Within 10 working days of receiving the Gulf Energy Training request, cancellation may be requested, provided that the institute receives the training course materials delivered to the trainee.
