Principles of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) & Copyrights

Taqat Al-Khaleej Higher Training Institute hereby affirms and pledges its full commitment to respecting Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Copyright principles. We undertake to appropriately cite and credit all scientific references and sources utilized in the development of our training program content. Furthermore, Taqat Al-Khaleej Higher Training Institute accepts full legal and regulatory liability in the event of using any training content without proper ownership or failing to cite the scientific references and sources utilized in its development.

The copyright regulations implemented by the Taqat Al-Khaleej Higher Training Administration, which were explained to all beneficiaries, are as follows:

  • It is prohibited to publish content that insults, defames, slanders, or portrays individuals, entities, and institutions in a negative light.
  • It is prohibited to publish or quote content that has intellectual property rights. Without permission or consent, This constitutes a violation.
  • It is prohibited to post links or publish any content that violates the religious or moral teachings prevalent in society.
  • It is prohibited to publish any content intended to harm national security and national unity (racism, (sectarianism, etc.)
  • It is prohibited to publish or promote any content or products for commercial purposes.
  • Publishing user data, information, or any written content is prohibited. Visual or audible outside the e-learning system.
  • Praising, commending, promoting, or supporting any deviant ideas and their symbols is prohibited.
  • The trainer must obtain the trainee’s consent before publishing any of their work or discussions outside the e-learning platform used.
