As part of its staff, it takes responsibility for creating an environment where a high level of academic integrity can be achieved by establishing standards and controls for the training process to ensure academic integrity at all stages.Registering trainees in the training program, during training, or in the examination and results stages, the Taqat Institute for Accredited Training believes that promoting academic integrity is an essential part of the personal and intellectual growth of trainees, and that raising awareness among trainees promotes issues related to academic integrity by fostering an atmosphere of trust, honesty, and high ethical standards.     <\/p><p><strong>Examples of violations of academic integrity laws include the following:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Cheating: This is copying the work of others and the unauthorized use of any information or training materials in academic tests or other tasks assigned to trainees. <\/li><li>Exploiting cooperation: A trainee&#8217;s reliance on another trainee within their group to complete their work or joint task, or exploiting another trainee to complete their individual duties.  <\/li><li>Plagiarism and intellectual theft: Using someone else&#8217;s work as your own without mentioning the original author. <\/li><li>Fabrication and falsification: The trainee alters or fabricates the information available to him during an exam or academic task, or carries a forged medical certificate to justify his absence.  <\/li><li>The trainee receiving any assistance in the tests, providing assistance to another trainee, or using external papers that are not authorized and have not been provided by the testing committee.<\/li><li>Obtaining or providing unauthorized support during examinations or fabricating information to bolster the results of a trainee or other academic work.<\/li><li>Identity theft: A trainee impersonates another trainee in class, during an exam or test, or in any type of academic task. In this case, both the trainee who committed the impersonation and the trainee who instigated it are penalized.     <\/li><li>The institute\u2019s e-learning department records all available internet network data used by the trainee to access the electronic platform and verifies whether the trainee is accessing it from a location other than the one used. This helps in identifying trainees who go to the offices to perform activities and duties on their behalf. <\/li><li>Tests and assignments must be restricted to a specific time limit for completion and require a password to prevent the sharing of answers.<\/li><li>The activities of trainees during the test are monitored and tracked, and attempts at cheating are detected through reports and forms for proving the case.<br>To help identify or rule out potential violations of the e-integrity policy, faculty members take the following actions with trainees. <\/li><li>Discussion and explanation of the components of the trainee evaluation.<\/li><li>Document what they were taught in the assessment task, for example by showing the notes\/drafts\/guidelines used in preparing the completed assessments. <\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Below are the disciplinary procedures regarding identity theft, fraud, forgery, and all means and forms that are considered to violate the standards and principles of academic integrity: The disciplinary committee, after verifying the violations referred to it, has the right to implement the following penalties:  <\/strong><\/p><ul><li>The warning is given verbally and documented with a written undertaking or a written notice.<\/li><li>Temporarily barred from participating in student activities or from some services at the institute.<\/li><li>Cancel the exam for the subject or program in cases of cheating or attempted cheating.<\/li><li>Suspension from studies for a period of not less than one semester and not more than two semesters.<\/li><li>The final semester at the institute.<\/li><li>In the event of a disciplinary decision<\/li><li>The disciplinary decision issued against the trainee is kept in his file.<\/li><li>If the decision is a final dismissal, the student is not allowed to re-enroll in the institute.<\/li><li>The decision regarding the disciplinary penalty can be announced within the institute.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Scope of application:<\/strong><\/p><p>All of the above regarding academic integrity applies to all forms of communication, whether written, audio, visual, hard or electronic, used in education, training, awareness, publishing, advertising, research, and other fields, and includes but is not limited to the following:<\/p><ul><li>Operating systems for computers (Windows), Office, Moodle platform, Zoom program, WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and other social media
